Truro’s Civic Square is located in the heart of downtown. Bordered by the Colchester-East Hants Public Library, the Truro Farmers’ Market, the Colchester Historeum, and Truro Police and Fire Services, this large green space is a popular venue for outdoor community events. In the winter, it turns into a large outdoor skating oval.

Ski Wentworth is 815 vertical feet high with 20 alpine trails, a 1/2 Pipe, terrain park and a variety of trails that will challenge any skier from beginner to expert. The ever-improving snow making system covers 2/3rds of the total terrain. Night skiing is possible on three trails, Sissy, Rosebowl and Beaver, and lights are on the Terrain Park and 1/2 pipe. From the beginner Chickadee and flowing tree covered South Side trails, to the Explosion and gladed steeps around the mountain, you’ll always find some challenging terrain at Ski Wentworth - regardless of your ability!
